Monica was very knowledgeable in regards to current trends in the market. She was absolutely wonderful to work with because of her quick response to questions, emails, etc. She was very accommodating in scheduling showing appointments. She sold us a house and a condo without a glitch. We then listed a condo with her and that went just as smoothly. She added a potted plant to the front door area to make it look more welcoming. We had a few issues with the home inspection and she was able to guide us through it smoothly. I would recommend Monica as a buyer’s agent or a seller’s agent!
