Hi. I'm Monica.
I am a Boulder-based real estate broker with over 20 years of experience guiding clients through buying, selling, investing, and complex property transitions.
With a background in real estate law, foreclosure and REO assets, construction, landscaping, and property management, I bring a practical, creative, and deeply informed approach to every transaction.
I have lived in Boulder for most of my adult life and have a special affinity for the area’s open landscapes, rural properties, mountain views, legacy homes, and parcels with untapped potential. I understand not only the market, but the nuances that make a property valuable — from land use and school districts to renovation potential, outdoor living, and long-term investment value.
